2. Project Deposits and Advance Payments

Upon entering into a formal contracting agreement or service order, an initial deposit or advance milestone payment is typically required to secure scheduling, resource allocation, and initial architectural preparation.

• Non-Refundable Mobilization Fees: Once project planning, permit filings, or material acquisitions have been initiated, initial mobilization deposits become strictly non-refundable due to incurred administrative and operational expenditures.
• Milestone Invoicing: Subsequent payments correspond to completed construction phases as detailed in your specific master service agreement.

3. Client Cancellation Terms

Clients wishing to terminate or suspend an active contract must submit a formal written notice via electronic mail to our support desk.

If a cancellation request is received prior to the commencement of physical site work or material purchasing, a partial refund of unallocated advance funds may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, minus standard administrative and consultation processing fees. Cancellations executed after active deployment of labor or procurement of specialized materials are ineligible for refund.

4. Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy

We encourage clients to directly communicate with our billing and executive management departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies or service dissatisfaction amicably. Initiating an unauthorized bank or merchant chargeback without first contacting our support infrastructure to seek resolution violates our terms and may lead to immediate contract termination and legal recourse.
